Hello! I’m Kavya, a counselling psychologist based in Hyderabad. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and have four years of experience working with adults (ages 18–40). My approach is eclectic, queer affirmative, trauma-informed, and guided by a feminist lens that considers the impact of systemic structures on individual well-being. I aim to offer a space where you feel heard, supported, and safe to untangle the complexities of life with compassion. I speak Telugu and English, and can communicate briefly in Hindi. Outside of therapy, I enjoy engaging in arts and share my home with an anxious, affectionate dog.
