I initially qualified as a Person-Centred Experiential psychotherapist/counsellor BA (Hons). Since then I have integrated other modalities into my therapeutic work such as EMDR, CBT and a qualified Clay Therapist. I have spent the most time in professional practice working for a charitable organisation who work with female, male, LGBTQIA clients, who have experienced sexual violence and domestic violence.
