I am a Person Centred counsellor and counselling supervisor, with 20 years of experience providing counselling. I will work alongside you to create a safe space where you can explore the ways you think, feel, and experience life. This will allow you to release your own inner strength and to become more fully the person that you want to be. I provide 50 minute face to face sessions on a weekly basis. I work with an open ended contract. This allows you to decide when you are ready to finish.
