I offer face to face therapy; online/telephone therapy; and outdoor "walk and talk" therapy. It is important that you find the right therapist for you and I would like to help you do that. Once you contact me, I will arrange a 15-20 minute complimentary phone call with you, to enable you to ask any question you may have about counselling and the way I work.
