I have 10 years of clinical experience, from training to post-qualification, and specialise in overcoming anxiety, working through depression and rebalancing from the effects of trauma. I have a post-graduate advanced diploma in Psychodynamic Counsellling, Level 5 certificate in parts work (inlcuding IFS) and Level 2 Certificate in Emotional-Focused Therapy for Individuals. I am a registered member of BACP, hold enhanced DBS clearance and am committed to continuing personal development and training. I am also a former Samaritans listener, previously provided counselling in a GP practice and worked for a Victims of Crime contract.
