I have worked with individuals and couples for forty years, and offer a wealth of experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self confidence, relationship and other emotional difficulties. I qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in 1990, having already worked for ten years as a qualified social worker with individuals and families.
