I understand that acknowledging difficulties and coming forward for counselling can be daunting. You may be finding yourself feeling anxious or depressed, or perhaps struggling with a bereavement or a trauma and unsure where to turn. My philosophy as a therapist is that we work together to understand what is troubling you and to find a way through.
