I work with adults and young people over the age of 11 on a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns including trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, OCD and attachment difficulties. Clients who are diagnosed or believe they may have ADHD or Autism are a big part of my caseload, as are those who may have been described as gifted.
