I use a relational humanistic approach in my counselling practice based on Transactional Analysis. This is supported by my background of 30 years as a specialist NMC registered nurse in the context of critical and intensive care (ICU) practice. I am a Academic Fellow of HE in the context of providing health related education in undergraduate nursing programs - Adult and Mental Health branches of nursing.
