Counselling for over 10 years, primarily working long term, but also offering short term counselling when needed. The sessions I offer are for 1 hour and usually held on a weekly basis. Beginning the counselling process can feel daunting, especially if this is your first experience of therapy. It is my job to ensure you have a safe and boundaried space to explore and share how you are feeling and what you are thinking.
