My way of working is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I recognise that therapy can feel daunting, particularly if you have experienced trauma, invalidation, or a loss of control in past relationships. From the outset, my priority is to create a space that feels emotionally safe, respectful, and attuned to you. Therapy is not something done to you, but something we do together. I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach.
