About

I am a registered counsellor and narrative therapist based in Somerset West, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where stories of pain, hope, and transformation are honoured. My work is rooted in deep listening, curiosity, and collaboration—helping you make sense of what matters most in your life. Whether you’re navigating burnout, grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling lost or overwhelmed, I believe in your capacity to reclaim your voice and shape your future with intention and compassion. As a spiritual companion, I also walk with individuals who are seeking meaning, experiencing faith questions, or yearning for deeper connection—whether religious, spiritual, or non-religious in orientation. I work collaboratively and gently—always at your pace. Narrative therapy honours your lived experience, helping you unpack the beliefs and dominant stories that may be limiting your life. Together, we’ll explore alternative, life-giving narratives rooted in your values, hopes, and strengths. I offer sessions in-person in Somerset West or online across South Africa. Flexible daytime appointments are available. Member of CPSC Practice Number: D00102/2025
