About

I am a Clinical Psychologist working with children (3+), adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. I have practiced across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. I have a particular passion for working with children and use play and creativity to help them express what may be difficult to put into words. Alongside this, I provide psychotherapy to adolescents and adults, supporting individuals to better understand themselves, their relationships, and recurring patterns that may be causing distress. My therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I work integratively, drawing primarily from psychodynamic psychotherapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring the approach to the unique needs, pace, and goals of each client. I see therapy as a shared, evolving process grounded in curiosity, trust, and genuine connection. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, make sense of their experiences, and examine patterns of coping and relating, developing greater resilience and flexibility in responding to life’s challenges.
