With over ten years of experience in State and Private Practice, I have gathered a range of skills and experience which I use to assist my clients in accomplishing the goals established in the therapeutic space. My aim is to assist a client in gaining new perspective over the challenges they are facing and gain insight into methods of improving their situation. Emotional release and personal growth is an area I pay particular attention to in sessions. I have a special interest in the treatment of Depression and Anxiety and providing couples/marriage counselling. My therapeutic approach is integrative in nature but informed by a cognitive-behavioural stance.
