Seeking counselling,  whether in person or online, can feel overwhelming, but you are not alone on this journey. I believe healing begins within the therapeutic relationship, a space grounded in trust, compassion, and deep understanding. Each person holds an innate capacity to heal and grow by reconnecting with their mind, heart, and intuition. Through self compassion and gentle curiosity, we can begin to understand your inner world and move toward a more authentic and compassionate way of being. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your emotions at your own pace. My primary modality is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate, evidence informed approach that understands the mind as made up of different parts, each with its own role and positive intention. In our work together, we gently get to know and heal wounded or protective parts while strengthening your core Self, the calm, wise, and compassionate center within you. Alongside IFS, I draw on person centred principles inspired by Carl Rogers, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence in our therapeutic relationship. Each session is guided by your unique needs, readiness, and goals. My humanistic and integrative approach supports present moment awareness, mindfulness, and self compassion as you work through life’s challenges. I aim to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about your personal growth. I support clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, uncertainty, loss, relationship challenges, and general personal development. You may wish to understand yourself more deeply, regulate difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, or navigate important life transitions. Whatever brings you here, I walk alongside you with warmth, respect, and curiosity. My integrative work may include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Compassionate Inquiry, IFS, Solution Focused Therapy, and the Integrative Enneagram, which helps uncover the unconscious patterns that often drive behaviour and emotional responses. These approaches are woven thoughtfully into our work to support insight, practical change, and emotional resilience. Wellness counselling takes a holistic view of wellbeing, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in humanistic and existential thought, my approach emphasizes self awareness, personal meaning, autonomy, and gentle responsibility for one’s growth. The intention is not to fix you, because you are not broken, but to support you in reconnecting with your inner resources and natural capacity for healing. Together, we work toward cultivating resilience, emotional balance, and self empowerment so you can live with greater clarity, authenticity, and fulfilment.
