I am a Clinical Psychologist and Life Coach with many years combined experience in private practice and Human Resources. In my clinical practice in Midrand, I diagnose and offer psychotherapy for adults, couples and families. I assist my clients in dealing with psychological and emotional distress including burn out. I help them to find sustainable coping mechanisms as they journey through many life transitions. Each person is an expert in their own lives.
