About

I am a Clinical Psychologist and I work exclusively with adults. I make use of an integrative approach to fit my client’s unique needs and circumstances. My psychotherapeutic method facilitates healing through a process of integration of distressing past life events and traumas. I aim to provide a safe space, with an appreciation for complexity to facilitate a connection that fosters healing and awakening of your true potential. I am informed by several different models of psychology including but not limited to attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, schema therapy, somatic approaches (nervous system regulation), humanistic, existential approaches (meaning and purpose), internal family systems (exploring parts and ego states), and various trauma-informed approaches. I also have a keen interest in working in the area of health psychology. I have published a book on assisting individuals diagnosed with autoimmune conditions called “Autoimmune Survival Guide.” Practice number: 0752843 HPCSA number: PS0135461
