I work with adults and couples who are ready to do the real work – whether it’s navigating: At RealTalkWithRini, I offer a space that’s confidential, non-judgmental, and grounded in truth. This is where ego steps aside and the real you gets to show up. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns, pain, and protective layers, and rebuild from a place of self-awareness, honesty, and strength. My approach is integrated and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based therapies like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation, but I never use a one-size-fits-all formula. Every session meets you exactly where you are, and helps you move to where you want to be.
