About

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor which means I’m trained in different therapy approaches and can adapt how I work to suit your needs. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting – whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or simply not yourself, we can begin wherever you are. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Together we’ll explore what’s going on for you, understand what’s keeping you there and then explore strategies to help you move forward – at a pace that feels manageable. You might be dealing with constant worry, anxiety/stress, low mood, panic attacks or social anxiety. Maybe you’re struggling after a loss, navigating trauma or shame or facing big life changes like redundancy or retirement. I also support clients with health anxiety, relationship issues, questions around identity or sexuality or thoughts of self-harm and suicide. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can help you make sense of your experiences, build coping strategies and reconnect with your sense of self. My aim is to help you become your own therapist – more aware, more resilient and more in charge of your own story. If this sounds like what you are looking for, get in touch so that we can arrange a free, no obligation 20-minute remote consultation to discuss your needs and how I may be able to help. Please note, I’m currently only working remotely with in-person space to be provided in the future. I’m not registered with the HPCSA but am working towards this, hence no Medical Aid registration. I am Accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This can be verified online, so please ask for details if required.
