I strive to bring light, love and compassion into darkness and pain and create a safe, comfortable place where clients are able to explore their struggles and find a way forward to emotional healing. I work in a peaceful garden setting. I have 30 years experience working with children in playtherapy and with teenagers, and adults of all ages. I do psychotherapy around emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, bereavement, divorce adjustment, marital problems, trauma and sexual abuse.
