About

Coming from a background in the public sector and having work in hospital settings, Jenna Dias now practices within a private setting, where she helps individuals develop awareness and coping skills focused around their difficulties. Having worked with many individuals I have found that people are needing the space to feel heard and not judged for their feelings. By providing a client with the space to feel safe and be themselves is key to my practice. People are not aware of how our unconscious habits from past experiences, traumas, and learned behaviours often shape our present lives, impacting self-worth and relationships. Through self-awareness, clients uncover these patterns, beginning the healing process. By exploring how past perceptions influence mindset, we empower clients to shift from reactive living to proactive control. Recognizing and healing distorted views of self-worth, clients reclaim their life’s direction, strengthening resilience and self-awareness to navigate challenges confidently and with greater fulfilment. With expertise in conscious parenting, neurofeedback, brain work recursive therapy, and solution-focused therapy, I offer a comprehensive approach to address a wide range of challenges. My diverse skill set enables me to tailor treatments to the unique needs of each client, empowering them to overcome difficulties and achieve lasting transformation. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can let down their defences and courageously face all parts of themselves, both the strengths and the struggles. Together, we’ll integrate these aspects to foster self-awareness and wholeness, empowering clients to live from a place of acceptance, rather than hurt or the need to control. In conjunction with Counselling or as an alternative – I make use of Neurofeedback/Brain Training. This is used to train the brain to function more optimally by creating new neural pathways that have often proven to be sustainable and maintainable. Neurofeedback/Brain Training is an alternative type of therapy used, which works well at addressing and changing previous negative thought patterns and behaviours by creating new and more optimal brain pathways. The focus in any therapy becomes about understanding, acceptance, taking responsibility and moving forward – enabling the client to feel more in control and confident about themselves and their environment.
