I use an integrative approach, tailoring the therapy to address the uniqueness and specific concerns presented by each individual client. Building on a fundamental training in psychodynamic theory, I integrate other approaches such as IFS (Internal Family Systems), Attachment theory and (CBT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy where appropriate. My passion is to make a meaningful contribution to the life of each client through facilitating their process of reaching their own potential, so that they have the freedom to live the life of their own choosing. I work with individual adults and couples, as well as adolescents. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in the category of Counselling Psychologist (Independent Practice), and my practice is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).
