In today’s fast-paced, do-it-all, distracted, disconnected world, we often find ourselves burnt out, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. If, like me, you are a highly sensitive person (HSP), then managing the overstimulation of day to day life takes special care. When crisis hits, it can be hard to hold on to a sense of hope or faith. It is a blessing and a privilege to do this work, and I feel called to stop for the one and make a difference every day. I am passionate about offering a safe, professional space in which people can heal and grow. I want people to leave my office feeling more understood, hopeful and empowered. I offer therapy, life coaching, and clinical supervision.
