I have a deep interest in compassionately guiding clients towards understanding themselves better, unpacking their current challenges, gaining insights, exploring possibilities, and supporting their way forward. I believe that we all have the potential to live fully and overcoming roadblocks can open the way to deeper understanding and new pathways. As a Counselling Psychologist I have worked in the corporate world in both counselling and leadership coaching roles and understand the importance of work and career in our lives. In my private practice, I support individuals to explore issues more deeply to grow their self-awareness, assist their decision-making, and to bring about change. I offer short-term counselling on a regular “when-you-need-it” basis. My special interest areas are: I am drawn to transpersonal and humanistic psychology as well as alternate therapies.
