About

I’m a counselling psychologist who works from a holistic perspective, understanding that emotional well-being is deeply connected to many aspects of our lives—our thoughts, relationships, experiences, and environment. I have a special interest in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is tailored to each individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies including: This allows me to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking to understand long-standing patterns, build practical coping tools, or move forward through a specific challenge. I’ve had the privilege of working with people across different cultures and age groups, in settings such as hospitals, addiction centres, NGOs, and schools. These experiences have shaped a therapeutic style that is compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to reflect and heal, I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace—supporting you in making sense of what’s going on and discovering what might help you move forward.
