I offer psychotherapy and assessment services to children, adolescents and adults with a range of difficulties including: Depression and Bipolar disorders; Anxiety, Panic and PTSD; Trauma; Bereavement; Eating disorders; Substance abuse; Adjustment to transitional life stages; Interpersonal and relationship difficulties; and self development. I also conduct various assessments, including ADHD and scholastic assessments. I work within a psychodynamic orientation, which affords one the opportunity to benefit from more than mere symptom relief by aspiring for long-term change. I also have a solid foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am committed in offering professional assistance in practicing psychotherapy and assessment services.
