I am a Clinical Psychologist who sees adolescents, adults and couples for short-term or longer-term psychotherapy in Claremont in the Southern Suburbs. I also consult at a private high school and provide supervision for trainee therapists. I am a member of the Cape Town Psychoanalytic Self Psychology Group (CTPSPG). I have nearly 20 years’ experience in helping people in dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, anger, trauma, OCD and work-related difficulties. I use a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive therapy to help clients work through issues, face up to their challenges and to strengthen their relationships and general wellbeing.
