I offer therapeutic support to Adults, Adolescents and Couples who are experiencing challenges in a wide range of issues. These include but are not limited to: The therapeutic framework that I adopt is largely Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. My fees are based on the recommended rates for a psychologist. I am able to claim directly from Discovery medical aids and offer a cash discounted rate. I consult on Saturdays as well.
