“Every day, people search for meaning and purpose in their lives. Yet, life inevitably brings challenges—obstacles that can feel overwhelming and disorienting. Each person experiences these struggles in their own unique way, and when life becomes complex or heavy, it’s easy for our perspective to become clouded. As a Counselling Logotherapist, I believe that every individual holds the innate capacity to discover and deepen their sense of meaning. This journey of self-exploration can lead to profound purpose—the very essence behind the “WHY” in YOU. In today’s fast-paced and often demanding world, it’s easy to become disconnected from ourselves—the YOU at the heart of your lived experience. That disconnection can manifest as unexplained emotions, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, or a deep feeling of being lost without knowing why.  My role is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space—a place where you feel truly seen and heard. Through empathetic listening and purposeful guidance, I help you reconnect with your inner self, rediscover your sense of direction, and reclaim the meaning that brings clarity to your life. Integrating Logotherapeutic principles with the grounding of Psychological Counselling, I offer support across a range of life challenges. Whether you’re navigating emotional difficulties, transitions, or periods of uncertainty, therapy can be a transformative process.  Your age or life stage doesn’t define your path. Life affects each of us in different ways—and while we may not have control over our circumstances, we do have the power to choose how we respond. That power begins with awareness—and with someone walking alongside you in your journey toward healing and self-understanding. Often, the most profound comfort comes from simply being heard—by someone who listens deeply, without judgment, and who supports your growth with honesty and compassion. You don’t have to stay stuck in despair. There is always space for a new beginning.  My approach is collaborative. I want to understand your strengths and help you reclaim them. I want to learn about your life—your routines, your struggles, your values—so I can support you in finding clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of balance. Sometimes we’re aware we’re overwhelmed, but can’t explain why. Other times, we know exactly what’s wrong but feel powerless to change it.
