I am a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor and honours qualified Counselling Psychologist who is invested in the psychological and emotional wellbeing of all my clients. Using psychodynamic, gestalt and mindful based cognitive therapy (MBCT), I can assist you to identify critical and conflicting emotions, and developmental patterns, that may be causing anger, anxiety, confusion, depression, despair, fear or trauma in your life. I support you in realising your authentic life potential by tapping into embedded and imperceivable conditions that may be delaying your personal growth, connectedness and expansion. I currently specialise in the area of psychopathology with an emphasis on children’s behavioural issues, alongside adolescent, teen and adult mental health, including conflicted family systems. I can also assist parents in navigating concerns relating to ASD in the field of neurodiversity and help parents to understand key requirements to help their children with challenging developmental issues. For individuals, living in an unpredictable world, uncertainty can bring about a variety of fears originally lying dormant in the subconscious. Stressful lifestyles mean less time to still the turbulence of the mind, compromising a sense of peace and harmony, and blocking synchronicity. I provide a safe, confidential and nurturing space in which you can unfold your best self and understand yourself within the complexity and depth of your own unique positioning. ‘Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is wisdom’ – Lao Tzu
