I’m a people’s person with a particular interest in maintaining health and wellbeing through therapeutic activities. I have over 9 years of experience in mental health, treating various conditions in younger to older adults with major depression, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and substance abuse. I’ve also worked with children that have various developmental delays, learning difficulties, intellectual disabilities and congenital disorders such as spina bifida and cerebral palsy. My approach in therapy is to understand the whole person and what their aims are for therapy. Additional services include assessments for clients with disabilities, reports, learnership assistance, career guidance, grief counseling and mental health support.
