I am a trauma informed integrative counsellor. I offer sessions online UK wide with very limited face to face sessions in Devon. My background is in mental health crisis teams and I have vast experience working with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.There are a variety of reasons including, depression, trauma and negative thought patterns that hold us back from living the life we deserve. In our sessions, we will work together to explore your values, goals and aspirations.
