My approach to therapy is grounded in authenticity, acceptance and creating a non-judgmental and warm space between us. I see therapy as a journey of exploration into your world, and am interested in how you feel physically, mentally and spiritually. No one understands your experiences of yourself and others better than you, and my role is to undertake that journey of exploration with you, putting the pieces back together in a way that makes sense and creates understanding.
