As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I believe first in creating a human, open and authentic connection with the people I work with. My approach is collaborative and client-centred. I specialise in Couples and relationships counseling, Emotional regulation, Complex and chronic trauma recovery and resilience, Grief work, Addiction(Behavioral and Substance) recovery and support, premarital and early marriage counseling, Narrative and Identity work. My modalities are EFT, Gottman, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Trauma-informed care, Attachment- based approaches and Mindfulness.
