If you experience anxiety, depression, difficulty in relationships, disordered eating, chronic pain, or stress from perfectionism, let's work together to ease your feelings and create a plan to help life feel more manageable. I offer a collaborative approach that is strengths-based, empathetic, trauma-informed, solution focused and tailored to meet your goals. I draw from several modalities including CBT, ACT, and SFBT. I use talk therapy to explore the self and uncover the barriers to help arrive at solutions to get you living your best life.
