I am an Counselling Psychologist with postgraduate training in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Delhi NCR and a strong foundation in humanistic and integrative therapy approaches. My clinical experience spans schools, hospitals, de-addiction centres and community outreach programs where I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am interested in areas such as relationship psychology, sex therapy, school counselling, addiction counselling and rehabilitation. I also incorporate creative modalities such as dance movement therapy and expressive arts in my work.
