I am a certified psychologist, family therapist & counsellor with 20 years of experience in dealing with people of different geographical regions, religions,...
I believe that even in our hardest seasons, we carry seeds of resilience, waiting for the right space to grow. Therapy, to me, is that safe ground where healing can take root. With over five years of experience as a counselling psychologist, I support adults from diverse backgrounds as they navigate grief, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and relationship struggles, while also nurturing meaning and self-discovery. My approach combines evidence-based practices with reflective and experiential tools, grounded in person-centered and trauma-informed care. Drawing from positive psychology, CBT, and mindfulness, I create a space that feels compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive, where your story is honoured, and your strengths guide the way forward. Clients can expect warmth, empathy, and practical tools to help them reconnect with what matters most. Outside my practice, I find grounding in nature, reading, writing, and travelling with my family.
