Behavior Therapy and all its kinds is mainly what I used as a Therapist in the past 20 years of experience in the field. (15 yrs after after I received my BA of General Psychology 2010, 5 years before including experience of Educational Psychology, Clinical Assessments, General Therapy, and Counseling).
