I am a counseling psychologist and an integrative psychotherapist. I reside in Greece, in Thessaloniki where I have been practicing counseling and psychother...
My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from Schema Therapy, Gestalt, and Humanistic–Existential principles. I view each person as a unique whole and focus on how they perceive themselves and their world. Together, we explore the patterns and coping strategies that have developed over time — understanding how these may have served them in the past, yet limit them in the present. Through awareness and reflection, I support clients in stepping outside of themselves to see their experiences from a broader, social, and relational perspective, helping them find new ways of understanding, growth, and meaningful change. In addition to therapeutic work, I am actively involved in mental health and addiction prevention, providing psychoeducation, early intervention, and community-based programs that promote emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills.
