Hello! My name is Tanisha, and I'm a Counselling Psychologist. I aim to help individuals nurture their relationship with themselves and with the people in their lives. I work with individuals regarding academic/career struggles, identity exploration, relational and attachment issues. Sessions with me involve inviting you to examine the way you see yourself and the relationships around you. I believe your challenges are only part of your story, so I focus on both your current struggles and your overall life experience. Through a systemic and relational approach, I look at how your inner world and your connections with others shape your experiences.
