Hello! I am Krishita, I am a counseling psychologist with a Master’s degree Psychology (Counselling) from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology from Sophia College for Women, Mumbai. Being brought up in an Army household, along the way I have developed sensitivity, social interpersonal skills and adaptability that shape both my professional and personal approach. I have experience with working with people across the age spectrum, from school going children to adults. As a therapist, I aim to create a warm and comfortable for everyone. I hope I can be one of the people you end up trusting and feel at peace. I may seem as a fresher on paper, but I am highly adaptive and reflective, and I am driven to put my training in use with dedication.
