I’m Bhoomika, I hold a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and I have close to two years of work experience as a Clinical Psychology Trainee. As a therapist, my aim is to foster a space for my clients that is expansive and nurturing for them to truly meet themselves where there are at. This process would involve compassionate inquiry and gentle presence that would help us move through any kind of concerns or difficulties brought into the therapy room, thereby aiding my clients in the process of developing an inner sense of safety. I primarily work with adults of the ages 18 - 45, and can provide support for concerns regarding, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, stress management, self-worth & self esteem, interpersonal relationships and navigating dysfunctional family systems.
