About

I’m a queer and neurodivergent Indian therapist with an M.A. in Applied Psychology (specialisation in Clinical Psychology) and over five years of experience supporting individuals and couples. My practice is trauma-focused, relational, and arts-based. I work collaboratively and authentically with clients to explore how relationships, curiosity, and vulnerability can foster healing and deeper connection. I’ve completed extensive trainings, including a Year-Long Narrative Therapy program (Ummeed), Queer Affirmative Counselling (MHI), Introduction to Couples Therapy (Pause for Perspective), Neurodiversity Affirming Play Therapy (AutPlay), and the Traumatic Stress Studies Certificate (Trauma Research Foundation).
