As a proud registered member of the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP), I bring a diverse background, having grown up in Dubai and completed her B.Sc. in Psychology and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology in the Netherlands. With applied experience and training in Madrid, Spain, my expertise encompasses CBT, DBT, MBSR, ACT, IPT, person-centered therapy, couples therapy, with a specific interest in depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders.
