I am a certified psychologist, family therapist & counsellor with 20 years of experience in dealing with people of different geographical regions, religions,...
Trained in multiple therapeutic approaches, I take a person-centred and collaborative approach to therapy to integrate the past and present symptoms, focusing on attachment styles in childhood as well as current symptoms. As a trauma-informed counselling psychologist, I’m equipped to work with depression, anxiety, anger issues, stress, self-exploration, life transitions, interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships and communication, self-esteem issues, grief and loss. Trained in CBT, humanistic and narrative therapies, and motivational interviewing, I focus on individual differences to tailor the sessions to the client's needs. I also bring specific ACT and DBT approaches to my practice and an existential approach. As a therapist, I aim to create an inclusive space for queer people, disabled people and people from minority communities.
