Mr. Lagarto is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling, psychometrics and psychological services. He earned his BS Psychology from Adamson University (2016), a Certificate in Teaching Education from World Citi Colleges – Guimba (2025), and a Master of Arts in Counseling from De La Salle University (2023). He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology at Mapúa University. He is a licensed psychometrician (RPm), registered guidance counselor (RGC), Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), and certified human resources associate (CHRA). He has completed Module 1 in Substance Use Intervention (DLSU - College of St. Benilde) and Level 1 Choice Theory/Reality Therapy (William Glasser Institute – Philippines), and is currently completing Level 2 of the same program through practicum supervision.
