Hello, I am an integrative psychotherapist with a subspecialty in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and an international member of the American Psychological Association (APA). I support people who are going through difficult moments, helping them better understand themselves and learn how to care for their emotional well-being in a more conscious and compassionate way. Throughout my clinical experience, I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders (EDs), borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, relational trauma, grief, and difficulties in their relationships or in managing their emotions. My approach is integrative and human-centered: I combine tools from third-wave therapies such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) with a warm and close therapeutic accompaniment.
