I am a registered psychologist in the Philippines with experience in counseling, psychological assessment, and academic instruction. I currently work as a university psychology professor and consultant psychologist at a local psychological clinic, which allows me to integrate theory, research, and practice in a grounded and practical way. My practice is trauma-informed and client-centered. I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and relational techniques. I am also undergoing formal training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which informs my work with trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation. I work with adolescents and adults facing stress, anxiety, relational difficulties, identity concerns, and life transitions. In therapy, I prioritize safety, clarity, and collaboration. I aim to provide a space where clients can slow down, understand their patterns, and build skills that support lasting change.
