Passionate about mental health and human behavior, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for individuals to express themselves and heal. With an MSc in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST University, Bangalore, and experience as a Higher Secondary School Counselor in Goa, I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy tailored to each client, that involves PCT, CBT, DBT, as well as solution- focused approach. I incorporate mindfulness for self-awareness, strength-building to empower clients, empathetic understanding for a safe space, and restructuring to shift negative thought patterns toward healthier perspectives. Committed to breaking mental health stigma, I aim to foster awareness and empower people to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
