Educational Psychologist, I've been trained as a Mindful Educator and Parenting Coach, too. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and I'll show you how to get in touch with your feelings, thoughts and limiting beliefs, that comprise the root cause of your conflicts. I'll help you raise your consciousness through mindfulness, so that you are aware of the patterns in your relationships that are creating distance and disconnection between you and your loved ones.
